Hi! I’m Taylor.
I help creatives and folks who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community with their connection to authenticity and joyful existence, identity and gender exploration, life transitions, building self-esteem, feeling stuck in life, creative pursuits and feeling blocked, as well as navigating symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent folks (including ADHD and autism) and individuals in recovery from substance use and eating disorders.

Mask and Illness Policy
For in-person sessions, I wear a mask during sessions. My clients can choose to wear one or not, it is up to them. Masking makes sure I stay well so that I can continue to feel my best and continue to serve my clients. It also may allow individuals who are chronically ill, those who choose to wear a mask, or those who have a loved one who is chronically ill to more comfortably seek in-person therapy services. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about my own preference to wear a mask or masking in general.
If you are ill, I ask that you do not come to the office. We can either switch to virtual or reschedule for a time when you are feeling well. I do not charge for cancellations due to illness.
